Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) is the digital transmission of voice, network services, data and video over the one telephone line. The benefit to using ISDN is that communications can be simultaneous and the line can be potentially better in quality than analog.

This plan commits the user to a minimum of $199.99 exclusive of GST per month for 24 months from the date of contract which equates to $4799.76 spend including GST over the contract term. Included in the minimum spend is $100 worth of National, local calls and Landline calls to mobiles only. Any call charges (other than national, local calls and landline calls to mobiles) including international calls, calls to 13/1300, 019 calls are 33c per call. After the $100 for each of the national, local and landline calls to mobile is exhausted, calls are charged at the following rates: National 12c per minute, 12c flagfall, Local 16c per call, calls to mobile 32c per minute 20c flagfall. Direct Indial Service is $51.77. On ramp DID service-per 100 numbers used is $45.76, Calling Line Identification Presentation is $28.60 including GST per month. There is an early cancellation fee of 6% of the remaining monthly plans charges, payment of which must be made within 14 days. Timed rates are billed in one second increments (unless otherwise specified).
