Terms and Conditions All prices include GST. Total Minimum cost over 24 months includes modem delivery fee of $15.95. Peak times are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Brisbane time. Plan speed is dependent on availability of ADSL2+ in your area. If ADSL2+ is not available, then ADSL1 may be provided. Static IP address available for $11 a month. Change of address incurs a one off relocation fee of $110. If you exceed your monthly data allowance (includes uploads and downloads), excess data will be charged at $0.05 per Mb up to 1 GB in peak and 1 GB off peak, after which speed will be shaped to 64kbps until your next billing period. 200 GB plan will automatically be shaped when limit is reached in peak or off peak. A deferred modem connection fee of $75 applies to all accounts and will be waived once customer has service for over 12 months. If customer cancels contract within first 12 months, modem connection fee will be payable. Cancellation fees of 40% of plan value apply for remaining term of contract.
