Recent network changes have caused Telecommunication Carriers to change the billing periods for which they charge customers service and equipment.

Previously, service and equipment charges have been from the 19th of the current month to the 18th of the following month.
From now on, the service and equipment monthly billing period will be charged from the 8th of the current month to the 7th the following month.

Some customers may receive a credit of any service and equipment charges which occurred in the overlap period .This will be applied on the invoice generated in September for all charges accrued in August.
Customers on the all inclusive line rental cap plans such as the $69 Cap plan or $149 cap plan were unaffected in this change.
