Terms and Conditions: All prices exclude GST. 12 month contract term. 100 GB limit is consists of 50 GB peak and 50 GB off peak. 200 GB limit is consists of 100 GB peak and 100 GB off peak. 300 GB limit is consists of 150 GB peak and 150 GB off peak. Peak times are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Brisbane time. Plan speed is dependent on availability of ADSL2+ in your area. If ADSL2+ is not available, then ADSL1 may be provided. GB usage includes uploads and downloads. Static IP address available for $11 a month. Change of address incurs a one off relocation fee of $110.00. If you exceed your monthly data allowance (includes uploads and downloads), speed will be shaped to 128kbps until your next billing period (no excess usage charges). A deferred modem connection fee of $75 applies to all accounts and will be waived once customer has service for over 12 months. If customer cancels contract within first 12 months, modem connection fee will be payable. Cancellation fees of 60% of plan value apply for remaining term of contract
